Cookie Policy

What CleanWave stores in your browser, why it is needed, and how to change your choices.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small values stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember settings without sending the value automatically with every request. Rules on terminal storage apply to both.

2. Your choices

You can accept all categories, allow necessary storage only, or reject optional storage. Rejecting optional storage does not block access to CleanWave. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our banner because they provide authentication, security and the preferences you request; blocking them in your browser may prevent sign-in or checkout.

3. CleanWave storage

NameTypeDurationPurpose
cleanwave_oauth_stateNecessary cookie10 minutesProtects Google sign-in against forged or replayed authentication requests.
cleanwave_sessionNecessary, HttpOnly cookieUp to 7 daysKeeps you securely signed in. Deleted when you sign out.
cleanwave_cookie_consent_v1Necessary local storage6 monthsRemembers your cookie preference and when it must be requested again.

4. Optional categories

Analytics: CleanWave does not currently use analytics cookies. Marketing: CleanWave does not currently use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies. Because no optional tools are currently deployed, selecting “Accept all” does not cause analytics or marketing cookies to be set. Before introducing an optional tool, CleanWave must update this notice, change the consent version and ask you to make a new choice before activating that tool.

5. Third-party services

Google may use its own cookies after you actively choose “Continue with Google.” A payment provider may use cookies or similar storage after you actively open checkout, including for payment security and fraud prevention. Third-party services control their own cookies on their domains and provide separate privacy information.

6. Change or withdraw consent

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. The change applies prospectively. You can also clear site data in your browser; if you clear the preference record, CleanWave will ask again on your next visit.
