How credits work
We charge according to the duration of each audio file. A 90-second recording uses 1.5 credits. Files shorter than 30 seconds use 0.5 credit.

Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits remain in your account until you use them.

Credits reserved for a failed processing job are returned to your balance.
