1. Provider and acceptance
CleanWave is provided by Independent Entrepreneur MARIUS CERESCU, IDNO 1026023014966, entrepreneurial activity of a natural person, under the CleanWave brand. By creating an account, using the service or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service
CleanWave analyzes audio, proposes privacy-sensitive intervals, lets the user review them and creates a silence-redacted file. Automated results may contain omissions or false positives. You remain responsible for reviewing the result and deciding whether it is suitable for disclosure or another use.
3. Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google account. You may upload audio only when you have the right and a lawful basis to process it. You must not use CleanWave for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, infringement, malware, service disruption, reverse engineering of protected systems or processing that violates another person's rights.
4. Credits and billing
One credit covers one minute of audio processing. Billing follows actual audio duration, with a minimum charge of 0.5 credit per file. The minimum purchase is 60 credits at the price displayed before checkout. Purchased credits do not expire while the account and service remain available. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not a bank deposit. Applicable taxes and payment details are displayed before purchase.
Credits are reserved when processing starts, consumed after successful analysis and returned automatically when a processing job fails before completion.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Consumers may exercise any statutory withdrawal right, including an applicable 14-day period, by sending an unambiguous request to our contact email. When you expressly request immediate access and use credits during that period, the corresponding processing is supplied immediately and any refund may be reduced proportionally to the service already supplied. Unused eligible credits are refunded where required by law. Duplicate charges, fraud and technical billing errors will be investigated. The detailed procedure is in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
6. Privacy and customer instructions
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. For customer audio, the Data Processing Agreement applies where CleanWave processes personal data on behalf of the customer. The Security page describes the Zero-Access controls and their boundaries. Projects are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours; do not use CleanWave as permanent storage.
7. Availability and changes
CleanWave may change, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, provider or operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect detection.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully upload. You grant CleanWave a limited right to host, transmit and process it solely to provide and secure the service. CleanWave retains rights in its software, interface, brand and documentation.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CleanWave is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by an unreviewed automated result, unlawful customer content or external provider interruption. Any contractual limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination, law and contact
You may stop using CleanWave and request account deletion. We may restrict an account for fraud, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country. Contact us before filing a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
